Princess Pepe

Hello Friends, My name is Pepe, and I'm a lucky little girl. When I started out in this world, I was wild, and in a scary place, but now I live in a beautiful home with a well trained mommy & daddy, and five other furbabies.
As a baby, I didn't have enough food, no bed or toys, just my wild furry friends. We were hungry, cold and scared. Then two kind humans started coming around, bringing us food each day. We were so happy to have our meal. The other kitties were frightened of the humans, but I knew they were wonderful people, and they became my best friends. I got the idea I'd like to live with them, and finally asked if I could. I didn't exactly ask in human language, but I had my ways. All you other clever furballs know what I mean.
I was five months old the day my best friends arrived with a carrier and chariot for my journey. How exciting to finally get the chance to go to a real home and have a mommy & daddy. I was happy, and a little scared too, not knowing how my new furry brother and sisters would like me, but they rejoiced and welcomed me.
Our castle is splendid, and a kingdom goes with it, with grass, trees and a cat nip garden. It's paradise. The best part is, the kingdom is enclosed with a special cat proof fence so no enemies can get in, and my brother and sisters and I can't get lost. Most of the time I stay in the castle. There's even a potty inside!
Mommy brushes my longblack & white fur every morning, and sings to me about how grand my coat is, especially my tail that is like a magnificent plume. Then I get a dab of hairball candy. It tastes nummy! After that, I stretch out in a spot of sun to warm my body before going to the window to look at the birdies. I could go out into the kingdom to see them closer, but I like staying close to mommy. She gives me hugs & kisses all day and tells me she loves me. Keeping our bowls filled to the brim with all sorts of tasty nuggets is one of the things mommy does best. At supper time we even get food that comes out of a can! Each of us have our own dish, and if any is left in my brother & sister's bowls, I clean it up. Mommy says I'm the smallest one and need to grow bigger.
Whenever I want treats, I go to the kitchen and do my Hula dance, at least that's what mommy calls it. She thinks I'm the smartest little creature when I do my dance, but we felines know kitties don't dance, but we won't tell mommy. She says I can have as many treats as I want cause I deserve it.
Mommy & daddy leave the castle sometimes. I don't know where they go, but it must be a glorious place because they come back with bags full of all kinds of great stuff-food, toys, gifts, potty dirt-whatever I order. Only the best will do. There are lots of soft beds here, with cozy, warm binkies. I can sleep wherever I want. Most of the time I choose the big nest where mommy & daddy sleep. A special pillow is there just for me.
I don't even mind when it's time to visit Dr. Kathy. When I first met her, she spayed me because I didn't want to be a mommy. There are already enough mommy kitties out there. She gives vaccinations and takes super care of me. I know I'm a lucky kitty to have my own doctor. Some little creatures have nothing, I know, so I love everything I have. This is lots better than being wild, doctor visits and all.
Mommy and daddy let me get as rowdy as I want with my toys. They say I have a feisty streak, and have joy in my heart. They call me the joyful one, and smile at me when I play. As we furry ones know, all you have to do is look cute and you can do anything you want.
It's going on four years since I came here. Mommy says I'm staying forever and ever so I know I'll live happily ever after and I wish the same for all of you.
My advice is, find best friends, purr, have love in your heart, purr, follow your dreams, purr, and don't be afraid to ask for what you want.
